DMCA Copyright & Takedown Policy

1. Commitment to Intellectual Property Protection

ArzyParzy respects the intellectual property rights of visual artists, illustrators, writers, and copyright holders worldwide, and expects users of our website to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”), we maintain an expeditious takedown procedure to address formal notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Because all creator transformation utilities on ArzyParzy operate 100% client-side inside the user’s local web browser, our servers do not host, store, or republish artwork or comic scripts uploaded by visitors. However, if you believe that any editorial guide, article image, or static asset published on our server infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the guidelines below.

2. Submitting a Formal DMCA Notice of Infringement

To submit a legally valid Notice of Claimed Infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), you must provide a written communication containing all of the following statutory elements:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the exact URL(s) on https://arzyparzy.com/ where the material is located;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you submitted or published has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A valid counter-notification must contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or California if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with statutory mandates of the DMCA, ArzyParzy maintains a policy of terminating access privileges for any user or contributor determined to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
